The Pharmacy Connection (TPC) offers a variety of technical assistance including training, semi-annual roundtables, and monthly technical assistance calls to support organizations that use TPC. These events provide an opportunity to brainstorm, network, and learn from other Medication Assistance Caseworkers (MACs) and other staff.

Register for a Beginner training session if you currently use TPC and would like to refresh your skills or are new to an organization that uses TPC and need to learn the basics. Once staff are comfortable with the initial process, it is recommended to participate in a full advanced training session or specific topic area(s) to learn more.
