The Virginia Health Care Foundation encourages communities and organizations to help strengthen Virginia's health safety net.  Those interested in applying for VHCF funding should first review the general eligibility requirements for VHCF grants, as well as the Grant Guidelines.

If your project or organization meets the eligibility criteria, the first step in appying for VHCF funding is to submit a Concept Paper.

Organizations submitting Concept Papers that merit further consideration next complete and submit a Formal Proposal.
